Think of something that made you smile today.

Acknowledge that this could be a joke someone told, a dish that taste extra yummy, or your favorite song playing out of nowhere.

No moment of joy is insignificant.

Allow that moment to replay bringing that joy back into your mind and body.

Take some time to write down the thing that brought a smile to your face, the feeling it brought you and why.
